When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days.  This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. If there are any issues or delays you will be contacted by our team.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Why do orders take 7-10 business days to fulfill?

All shirts are made on demand.  The turn around time allows for order of materials to complete your order. Due to COVID-19 there are some restrictions in delivery causing greater delays.

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

FAITHOM APPAREL WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes. 
If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to updated address. However; Customer is responsible for shipping invoice for the second delivery attempt.

There is an issue with my purchased item and I would like to return it.

All inquires around returns should be submitted via the "Contact" form on our page and you will be contacted by one of our team members.  If your item is unworn and in it's original condition you may receive store credit upon approval by our FAITHOM APPAREL TEAM.
